This week has been horrible. I'm not even going to step on the scale this morning :(. At the same time, I'm not giving up. I'm just going to refocus and set my goals for this upcoming week. So here they are:
- Get on treadmill every day this week. I now have old seasons of Survivor as well as my Life Goes on DVDs that I can watch while I'm on the treadmill. I have to decided to set a time to do and just do it :).
- Do something active with Mikey and/or my students every day (play at the park, go for a walk, go for a swim...etc.)
- Get back to drinking only water every day. I have slipped with diet coke quite a bit this week and I really want to eliminate it from my diet all together as it serves no purpose.
- Start tracking what I'm eating again. Try to stay within the ranges set by Sparks People.
- Get back to making daily entries over at the Sparks People site.
I'm still looking to do this and do it right. I need to refocus and know that I can do it. Hopefully next week I will be feeling like stepping on the scale and I can report a weight loss here :).
